Great bike

Great bike! Only wish I was that I could adjust the height of the handle bars.

Excellent Value So Far

I'm only a casual mountain bike person, blue trails are my limit, but I really needed to replace my ancient CCM and I wanted something a little different. This fit the bill perfectly. The components seem good quality and the construction is solid. The seat is far from my favorite, but I planned to replace that immediately anyway. I took it out for one gravel / dual track trip and threw the pedals away, they're utter trash, but replaced with some decent MTB pedals and now I'm happy as can be. There's certainly room to improve on this but it starts out good and is easy to make the small tweaks you need to it in order to make it your own. Definitely recommend.

Womens diamondback bike

Great service at Sportchek Newmarket. Bike is a nice mid range bike with good components, however the clips holding all the wires are all plastic and look like they could come off. The seat on this bike is also very narrow and slightly uncomfortable for a womens frame. Seat belongs on a racing bike. Otherwise nice bike to boot around town and gentle trails.

Disappointment

I wanted a bike for commuting and light trails, but it can't do either well. For commuting, it is very slow and for mountain biking the seat's angle keeps changing up to 120 degree angle whenever I land after a jump, despite cranking the seat adjustment system locking bolt ultra tightly. It makes my life miserable.
